Griffith College Dublin, in Partnership with FIE - the Foundation for International Education - based in London, offers a variety of Open and Closed Semester Abroad opportunities for Colleges in the United States.  The following pages are designed for Faculty or Study Abroad Advisors who may be interested in working with FIE to design their own Study Abroad experience for their students. 

Griffith College Dublin already offers a wide variety of semester-based subjects in Business, Journalism, Design, Computing and Law.  In conjunction with FIE, the college is also in a position to help develop specialised programmes in a wide variety of other areas with partner institutions.

If you are interested in the opportunity of visiting Dublin and Ireland for a semester you now have the chance to shape that experience.

Typically, FIE works with partner institutions to develop a programme structure.  Programme components can include 2 to 4 specially designed study courses and a research option.  Partner institutions can choose whether to send a faculty member from the home school to teach a class or act as a programme mentor.  Other courses are taught by Griffith faculty.
